Job description / Role
HR Assistant (FnB/FMCG) up to 10k AED for a Major Investment Company in Dubai
• Assist and coordinate with all the business units for various HR related processes such as Visa Applications
• On-boarding of the staff, leaver’s process and ongoing HR Operational processes to give maximum support on all HR related queries to all the staff
• To ensure continuous and effective HR services to all the users and to execute all HR policies & procedures pertaining to all the functions of HR to achieve the customer satisfaction
Salary up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
Requirements
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or any relevant certifications such as CHRP or CHRM is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience in a multinational company is preferred
• Preferably handled F&B and FMCG industries
• Must be proactive, energetic and project oriented with excellent feedback
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of HRMS and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Work Location: Dubai, UAE
