Job description / Role

Position Title: HR Assistant
Employment Type: Temporary role (subject for renewal base on candidates performance)
Salary: up to 3,500 plus overtime pay, accommodation, transportation and duty meals
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international marine contractor with 150 years of existence in the market focusing on dredging, land infrastructure, and offshore wind and oil and gas infrastructure projects

Job Role:
• Provide full HR admin support to the team which includes filing, documentation, data-entry of personnel data into the HR system, etc
• Responsible for the preparation of new employee which includes arranging for Pre-employment medical check-up
• Create personal files for new staff and coordinate with the relevant dept on the logistic arrangement for the new staff, etc
• Provide support in the processing and full administration of work/employment pass applications and renewals
• Coordinate with travel arrangers on their mobilization and demobilization arrangements and accommodation etc
• Assist the HR department in all human resource related activities

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any relevant courses
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the same role preferably from marine and oil and gas industries
• With experience in all HR facets (recruitment, compensation/benefits, employee relations and learning development)
• Must be knowledgeable and with hands on experience in different MS office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi and willing to stay in company accommodation
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
