Our clients, an extremely innovative and forward-thinking Real Estate Agent, are looking for an organised and time-efficient individual to join their team as an HR Assistant. They have some huge growth plans including an office in a fantastic location in Dubai and will offer training and support to help you achieve your and the company's goals.

As an HR Assistant, your duties will involve the following:
• Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and employee records.
• Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
• Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
• Monitor attendance and assist with salary calculations, deductions, and leave records.
• Ensure timely communication of payroll-related data to the finance team.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team to execute strategic HR initiatives.
The successful HR Assistant will be offered:
• 8,000 – 12,000 AED per month basic salary

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
• Excellent customer service
• Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
