Key responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Provide day-to-day support to staff inquiries in line with school policies.
• Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Google tools.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and school HR standards.

Requirements:

• Bacheloru2019s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2u20133 years of HR or administrative experience (school experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Excel (data processing, reporting, dashboards) and Google Workspace tools.
• Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
