The HR & Admin Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations for the security workforce, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, SIRA regulations, company policies, and industry standards. The role manages employee documentation, onboarding, licensing, visa processes, contract administration, HR systems, and coordination with Operations, GRO/PRO, and Training teams. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up are essential.

• SIRA Licensing, Training & Renewal Management
• Visa, Labour Contract & EID Management
• Health Insurance Administration
• Cancellation & Offboarding Management
• Passport & Document Management
• Outsourced Manpower Administration (Dubai & Non-Dubai)
• HR Operations & Administrative Support
• 10.Compliance & Best Practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience in UAE, preferably in Security Services or FM industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, SIRA regulations, visa processes & onboarding requirements.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, trackers, reports).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, confidentiality handling.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Training Centers, GRO, Transport).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
