Job description / Role
Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Assistant Manager/BP to join one of the big 4. The position will be based in Abu Dhabi with 1, potentially 2 days, per week based in Dubai.
* Ideally looking for an individual with a professional services background, who is looking for a challenge.
* You will be managing a headcount of 150+ therefore, someone that has dealt with a similar or larger scope would fit well.
* 6+ years HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm
* Fluent in English & Arabic
* Knowledge of local labour laws across the GCC
* Strong stakeholder management skills
