We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in the investments industry, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our human resources department. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless HR experience for our employees while fostering a positive workplace culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact our organizational success.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and assist with employee performance evaluation processes.
- Help organize employee training and development programs, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics, providing insights to management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records and attendance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an HR support role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Salary:
AED 1,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
