Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
Develop, implement and assess people management strategies, policies and initiatives aimed at creating value to the organization while safeguarding personnel rights, benefits and well-being, and ensuring full alignment with applicable laws and regulations policies and procedures.

Strategy and Policy:
• Review existing HR strategy and policies, assessing their effectiveness, impact and outcomes and recommend necessary amendments and modifications to ensure improved efficiency and effectiveness of all people related process and procedures.
• Advise, recommend and develop new HR policies and procedures that enhances performance-based business operations in areas such as resourcing and talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc.

Employee Relations:
• To provide an environment, include policies and procedures, to define the employee / employer relationship.
• To provide training to managers in order for them to fairly and professionally apply disciplinary / grievance procedures.
• To oversee the disciplinary and grievance process in order to ensure fair and correct application of policy.

Recruitment:
• Initiate and coordinate the creation, maintenance and updates of manpower plans, forecasts and budgets, in association with top management and heads of departments to ensure the recruitment of the right talent within agreed time frames and in line with business plans and requirements.
• Ensure that all recruitment process and activities (including selection and interviewing, issuing offer letters, drafting employment contracts, visa and residency process, induction and on boarding) are performed in-line with policies and procedures and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree
• Must have experienced in Start-up
• Well knowledge in overall HR Functions and build from scratch
• Experienced in handling multiple location
• Well knowledge in UAE Labor Law
• Strong Personality
