HR Business Partner - UAE

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a leading multinational looking for an HR Business Partner to be based in UAE.

Our client is in need of an HR Business Partner to be part of a growing team of HR professionals in the UAE. The candidate should work in partnership with assigned areas of the business across Middle East, Africa, Turkey and India to deliver high quality, standardised HR interventions across a range of HR activities, to enable line managers and employees to add maximum value to the organisation.

Responsibilities would include:
- Acting as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with the needs of internal clients
- Accountable for deploying all of the company’s HR processes like: Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement Survey, Training and Development Activities
- Contributing to business strategies by helping leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes
- Providing expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate
- Communicating with employees to understand their opinions and perspective to anticipate their needs and concerns
- Reviewing and benchmarking the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives
- Identifying new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
- Inculcating strong leadership and coaching culture within the organisation
- Managing specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Managing all recruitment efforts for the respective offices by actively partnering with the hiring managers to get the best talents
- Accountable for conducting new employee orientations; monitoring employees’ career path, transition and exit interviews
- Reviewing and benchmarking the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives

Requirements

- Bachelors’ degree in HR or similar discipline (addition certifications preferred)
- More than 5 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist / Specialist roles preferably within a large multinational environment
