Client is a thriving and developing entrepreneurial organization, who are in the midst of rapid change and need to embed the previous growth and evolve a new unified culture. Therefore, a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR Business Partner role has arisen. The role is a stand alone position and will report into the CEO and President of the company.
Duties will include:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Leading on key HR projects around Talent Management, Behavioral Change, Employee Engagement
- Main point of contact within the region for escalated Employee Relations
- Providing support to senior stakeholders and HR peers on organizational design and restructuring issues.
- Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies within HR processes and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- You will be extremely driven and able to build strong relationships, whilst projecting a positive and professional attitude.
- Demonstrable experience as a generalist HR professional.
- Hands on proactive attitude person who can work with autonomy in a face paced environment.
- Proven experience delivering significant HR projects.
- The confidence and ability to influence Senior Operational Managers and manage your own agenda.
