HR Business Partner

Job description / Role

The HR Business Partner manages the day-to-day operations of the HR Department and the employee life cycle. Coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs. Assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. We are seeking a candidate who inspires trust and confidence based on ones knowledge of the local laws, and comfort of working in a multicultural environment.

• Coordinating with recruitment to plan for employee on-boarding (arranging IT assets, seating plans, travel arrangements etc.)
• Conducting the induction of new joiners
• Issuance of various employee forms/letters
• Counselling employees with regards to company policies, visa process, performance management etc.
• Generating and maintaining various reports for management, including employee/sales performance reports, leave status reports, labour lists, visa application status reports
• Maintaining organisation charts and employee data
• Working closely with the PRO team to understand and track the status of various legal requirements as related to manpower quotas etc and updating management regarding the same
• Processing payroll data through WebHR (HRIS System)
• Presenting reports to management as required
• Actively resolve employee grievances
• Act as a HR partner to various heads of department
• Be an innovate and proactive problem solver

Requirements

• Seeking candidates with proven experience as a HR Generalist for at least 5 years. Relevant educational qualifications are a must
• Candidate must have handled an employee strength of a minimum of 300 people
• Proficiency with creating and maintaining reports is a must
