Employment: Full Time

My client - a leading facilities management company based in Dubai - are looking to appoint a new HR Business Partner to join the team. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for all white collar employees and will be responsible for managing their on-boarding and job satisfaction whilst under the employ of the company. You will be able to implement HR policies in line with the businesses overall mission and vision and will be the face of the company internally to all white collar employees.

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience in a relevant HR Management position in the UAE
- Experience across the entire gamut of HR including recruitment
- Degree education in a HR specific subject from a reputable establishment
- Exposure to a multicultural environment
