Job description / Role
Working for my client who are experts within facilities management in the UAE region employing over a thousand staff, we are seeking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner, this role is a new position taking responsibility for all white colour workers within the business, providing a comprehensive, professional and efficient HR service. Typical duties include; advising on employee welfare issues and employee relations, development and implementation of HR policies, budgeting of staff costs, resource planning, recruitment, providing daily HR guidance to employees, development of job descriptions, training and development, evaluation of performance of staff, yearly appraisals, talent management strategy, smooth on boarding/ off boarding and overall work as HR Generalist support reporting to the HR Director.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have between 5-7 years generalist HR experience, you must have UAE work experience, able to give examples of working in a multicultural organisation, understanding of UAE labour laws, project management experience, fluent English language skills and a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related subject with relevant HR Diploma or CIPD qualification.
