Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a global FMCG business who is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Director and HR team. While this role will be based in Dubai, the remit will have some coverage across Africa and Middle East.
The HR Business Partner will provide generalist support to the management team and staff, whilst providing functional support across payroll, employee relations, training, employee development and recruitment. The role reports directly to the HR Director and you will be instrumental in the roll out of policies and procedures as well as suggestions of new policies that are more relevant to the Middle East and Africa. You will need to be a pro-active person that enjoys HR and wants to find solutions to create a great environment.
To be considered for this position, you will be Degree educated and have five to six years’ experience working within a similar role either in a MNC or International Organisation. You will need to be someone that is able to work to tight deadlines, work in a strong team culture and have strong leadership skills. You will have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
