HR Business Partner

What you'll deliver
- You'll be responsible for the delivery of HR processes as per the assigned business area
- You'll act as subject matter expert for all HR services, including Performance Management, Training, Employee Engagement, Talent Management
- You'll advise business units on HR related matters
- You'll continually work to analyse and report on the assigned business area, presenting to Senior Management strategic initiatives for continuous improvement
Requirements
What you bring
- You will be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
- You should have at least 5 years' experience in the field of HR
- Experience working with stakeholders across an organisation with diverse cultures
- Project Management expertise
