Job description / Role
• Consistently recruiting excellent staff and making the alignment between the recruitment process and business needs to cope with the organizational flow of demand
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees Support the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy taking into account business priorities and the HR strategy
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and salary surveys and reviews.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Creating clear and concise reports.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Handling workplace investigations, and disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.
Requirements
• At least Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws in the UAE.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness and organizational change processes
• Business Acumen
• Established internal Customer Focused skills.
• Experience in working with HRISs and ATSs.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
