Position Title: HR - Business Partner
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and duty meals

About the Client:
One of the leading FMCG production wholesale company in Ras Al Khaimah
- Leads the implementation of all talent, leadership and team planning processes, policies and procedures which includes but is not limited to: Succession Planning, Leadership Selection and Assessment, Leadership Development Planning, and the Annual Organizational Development Readiness Plan.
- Responsible for active involvement in continuing training program specifically around leadership development and employee engagement.
- Acts in support of the Leadership Development Programs by presenting, facilitating, and/or developing content or support materials for specified programs.
- Authorize person to administer disciplinary action to employees who have committed violation in the implemented company policy.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Open to Female, Filipino nationals from 28 – 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is an added advantage
- At least 5 years relevant experience with strong knowledge in HR policies
- Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint presentation
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
