Job description / Role
HR Business Partner - Maternity Contract - c50,000 AED
Overall purpose of role:
- To HR Business Partner senior business heads across Functions, Operations & Technology
- To lead the implementation and development of the People strategy for their assigned business unit/function and playing an active role in the development of the regional people strategy ensuring the HR team delivers commercial, value add HR solutions that are truly aligned to the overall business strategy
- Play a pivotal role in the deployment process and restructuring part of business
- To engage and leverage indirectly the wider teams globally building effective relationships across multiple HR areas
- To provide strategic insight and challenge to their business to ensure high performance is achieved within their business unit
- To support the HR Director in the creation and delivery of business objectives
- To represent the region in a number of global forums ensuring the regional voice is heard and that where appropriate the region is empowered to make strategic people decisions
- Ability to work in a changing environment partnering with the business to manage change activity and provide people and commercial solutions
- Drive a one MENA culture across the organisation and contribute to building a strong regional franchise
- To manage resourcing activity globally
Requirements
- Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including ER, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward
- Ability to work in a changing environment and partnering with business heads to adapt strategies to changes
- Proven track record at building and influencing relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organisation
- Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior management/leadership teams and a proven track record of successfully influencing to achieve results
- Demonstrable experience of delivering of robust, commercial HR solutions across a large complex environment/business
- The ability to develop and manage effective relationships across a diverse group with extensive experience in contracting and consulting across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of coaching and developing individuals, teams, functions to higher performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal including experience of presenting and influencing senior management population
- Financial management and planning skills including experience of budget management
- Commercial drive and acumen including sound knowledge of the economy, market and customer trends affecting the business.
- Able to effectively manage a high volume workload.
