Job description / Role
A CIPD qualified candidate required to support corporate and business unit objectives and strategies by responsibly implementing HR initiatives across the Middle East. Must provide HR perspective in business decisions, influence, develop and integrate targeted HR strategies, enhance employees work experience, and drive the development of management and leadership capabilities.

A leading multinational UK based manufacturing company
Description
* Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior management in the Middle East region regarding all employee related matters; provide advice and solutions to all relevant stakeholders on HR related matters.
* Manage the implementation of HR initiatives in line with the specific business requirements and strategies.
* Work closely with the HR Director and Group HR Solutions team to ensure dependable and effective delivery of relevant HR services within the Middle East.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Engage with business leaders on workforce planning activities, effective talent management, resourcing and hiring activities; Manage the budgeting/remuneration plans for the same in line with business needs.
* Manage all employee relations related matters, identify issues or queries that need to be escalated to higher management.
* Travel expectations: India, Saudi Arabia, UK and additional travel as and when participation in global projects is required. Some additional travel might be expected.

Requirements
* A CIPD qualified or pursuing candidate with minimum 8 years experience within the HR field, preferably within the manufacturing or production industry.
* Preferably a business related field Bachelors degree.
* Has a valid passport for frequent international travel.
* Must have excellent organisational skills and previous business partnering/strategic HR aspect experience.
* Successful track record of working within a team environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to drive improvements by leveraging people, processes, and technology
