Job description / Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who has previous experience working at both a strategic and operational level. In this role you will play the lead role in implementing key HR initiatives and will work to identify business needs and drive forward HR solutions which demonstrate the effect on the business. You will be commercially minded, with a resilient and flexible approach and will enjoy having a great deal of autonomy in your role.
