Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Strategy and Approach:

The role holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Change & Communications strategy throughout the programme's lifecycle to agreed budget, timelines and quality:

• Works with the Change Engagement Manager, Programme and project Managers, Deployment leads, Stream leads and and business stakeholders alike to achieve the programme's goals
• Provide strategic and tactical advice to support driving sustainable change and implementing effective communications strategy to help successfully deliver the programme
• Implementation of the communication and change strategy, roadmap and execution plan
• Creation of high quality and high impact communications materials within the plan that drives employee adoption and sustainability of change initiatives
• Assists in the implementation of various change management activities to successfully deliver the programme
• Understands the programme lifecycle and ensures all stages of the lifecycle are managed appropraitely in terms of the change and communications needed to support successful stage delivery
• Work with the Group HR communications team to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent and utilizes standardized formats
• Development of strong working relationships to get a good understanding of all activities going on, glean key priorities and identify any communication gaps that need to be addressed
• Ensures the communications and change lead is made aware of any material risks or issues that arise

• Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters
• Embed the Group's Values and Group Code of Conduct to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics. Comply with relevant policies, processes and regulations, as part of the culture
• Managing adherence to risk management protocols as it relates to internal and external events
