Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

- Responsible for employees grading system and compensation package
- Manage, review and implement KPI’s
- Assist HR Manager to handle day-to-day administration of policies and other tasks as required.
- Handle employee relation activities and personnel management
- Provide advice and recommendations to HR Manager on effective resolution of daily issues

Requirements

- Open to Arabic nationals
- Female, 45 years old and below
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field; MSc/MA in Human Resources is a plus
- At least 4 years of UAE experience in the same role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices in UAE
- Knowledgeable in organization grading, training, assessment, and KPI
- Candidates with own visa is preferred but not required
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
