Job description / Role
Sekoya Management are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator.
As HR Coordinator, you will report to the HR Manager, assisting in all HR tasks across a number of venues.

Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- BA in Human Resource Management or related subject.
- Minimum of 2 years UAE experience with full knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and Visa Requirements.
- Experience working in HR in the hospitality industry is preferable.
- Knowledge of HR & Payroll management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and 9001:2015 systems.
- Recruitment experience (job postings, screening, pre-employment checks etc.).
- Must be able to multi-task while under pressure, be highly organized and meticulous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an empathetic approach to dealing with employees.
