Job description / Role
- Ensure timely and effective HR services to all employees and maintain HR policies & procedures
- Assist with on-boarding of the staff, leaver’s process and ongoing HR operational processes to support on all HR related queries for the staff
- Assist in continuously amending HR policies and procedures to help improve efficiency & effectiveness in alignment of organizational goals
- Deal with HRIS issues
- Attend and assist with job fairs
- Collect data, analyze ans prepare reports as directed by line manager, as well as conduct market surveys and make recommendations
- Assist in planning & organizing team retreats
- Coordinate & ensure performance appraisals are done and maintain a record
- Assist with recruitment: writing JDs, preparing job posts on career sties, screening and shortlisting candidates, maintaining a database of interns, creating freelancers contracts
- Take minute meetings
- Compose letters in Arabic & English
- Provide other additional administrative support as needed to line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related subject (HR preferred)
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience (must be in HR if no degree)
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, Google Apps (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (Arabic is must)
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills (detail-oriented)
- Has a strong work ethic and can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
