Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Manages the files of all the employees
• Ensures accuracy and maintenance of the HR Database and Performance review files
• Ensures that staff queries are quickly and accurately addressed, or referred to the appropriate person
• Manages all HR admin related activities and costs within the appropriate timeframes
• Manages the entire process of DHCC license renewals for the company (as required)
• May be responsible to manage the end to end recruitment and on-boarding for Administration staff and other designated positions
• Responsible for the monthly compilation of infection control documents and ENA applications (as required)
• Manages the facilitation of the 6 month evaluations of staff (as required)
• May be responsible for managing and maintaining Locum staff files, contracts and on-boarding
• May be responsible for the GR fund report and administration
• Responsible for the ID card issuance and access process
• Ensures that employee and department confidentiality is maintained
• Ensures that the Mediclinic Middle East professional image and standards are upheld
• Be professional, open, responsive, and welcoming to all staff visiting the HR Department
• Undertake project work as designated by the HR Manager
• Assistance to HR Officers and GR Officer as required
• Responsible for auditing the HR Database and employee files on a monthly basis
• May be responsible for the maintenance of the DHCC Float

Requirements

• Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role
• Previous experience recruiting and on-boarding new employees
• Previous experience of providing advice and assistance to employees
• Previous experience working in a similar role in a hospital or medical setting
• Good skills with the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Visio user
• Previous experience of working within a Human Resources Team
• An understanding of Allied Health Recruitment would be well regarded
• Experience in the development of budget documentation would be well regarded
• Previous experience in, or exposure to, generalist HR (e.g. employee relations, recruitment, policy and process development)
