Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To be fully conversant with all company rules and regulations, policies and procedures as well as the UAE Labor law to effectively guide staff and workers.
• Input and extract data from HR System and provide statistical information.
• Maintain employee personnel files (on the HR System as well as actual employee files).
• Process new employment visas, renewal of employment visas and apply for visit visas for customers/company guests.
• Prepare end of service settlement for employees leaving the company.
• Process leave application forms, calculate leave settlements for employees on the HR system. Maintain records of the annual leave schedules and tickets for Staff.
• Booking airline tickets (holidays & business trips).
• Obtain visas to other countries for staff/workers for business trips as well as making the necessary hotel bookings.
• Carry out Employee Induction formalities/paperwork for all new hires. To ensure that newly recruited personnel have the necessary tools to commence work (telephone, computer, email, etc.).
• To be fully conversant with the payroll system.
• Coordinate with the Medical Insurance provider for addition/deletion of members, claims submitted, and other miscellaneous issues.
• Identify companies offering training programs matching the requirements of the Training Plan. Arrange for the approved trainings to be attended and maintain training records.
• Shortlist candidates and conduct telephone interviews according to Annual Recruitment in plan, out of plan and replacement positions. Maintain recruitment records.
• Monitor the expiry dates of passports, visas, labor cards, occupational health cards, etc. and start working on the renewal paperwork one month in advance.
• Ensure no costs are incurred as a result of fines for expired documents.
• Type online applications on Tasheel, GDRFA, Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Municipality websites and related portals for the processing of labor applications, visas (new/renewal), cancellations, medical tests, Occupational Health Cards.
• To ensure all cancelled employee documents are in order.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• A leading Contract Furniture Manufacturing Company based in DIP is looking for suitable candidates for the role of HR Coordinator to help facilitate all basic day-to-day human resource functions.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
