Description
Driven Properties is seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR coordinator to join our growing human resources team. In this role, you will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR administrative tasks. Your primary focus will be to enhance the employee experience and ensure streamlined HR processes.
As an HR coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive organizational culture and supporting our employees’ professional development.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with training and development programs.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, updating policies, and managing HR software.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes and employee feedback initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data to support HR reporting and improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or similar role, preferably within the real estate or service industries.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
