Position Summary

Deliver local Data and position management support and execute organizational management, Compensation and HR Master Data judgmental activities within the defined SLAs and standards (Quality, time, accuracy and compliance).

A day in the life of

Data entry and support
- Ensure data consistency at market level. Ensure consistency between position titles and local grade levels
- Translate the results of the OPP(Operational People Plan) process into mass update request
- Be the local representative to run the Organization Management and Mass changes process steps
- Create request for mass changes upload in EC (Employee Central) and complete required fields
- Create, update and deactivate positions and attributes in the off-cycle position management process

Local HR Service Delivery
- Deliver the service to stake holders within the defined SLA's in line with the Standard Routines
- Identify improvement opportunities on the data governance and liaise with Centre of Scale on how to implement them

Implementation of policies and practices
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are applied and understood and followed

HRBP and Line Manager support
- Provide consultancy and guidance to the Line Managers and HRBPs on data and position management related matters

Requirements

What Will Make You Successful?

- University Degree level education or equivalent.
- Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
- Local employment law & labor regulations is a plus
- Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel is necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (Data Management) in Nestle or within another FMCG
- Hands-on experience in SAP or relevant system
