Employment:
Full Time
• Strategically develop the HR function for a growing group in Dubai.
• Develop a company culture
• Leading the Recruitment drive for the company
• Company Handbook
• Organisation Restructuring
• Developing Training plans
Requirements
• 10 Years+ progressive experience in HR
• CIPD or equivalent
• Background in Hospitality sector or F&B will be an advantage
• GCC Experience is a must for this position
• Reporting to the Board of directors
