Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well-established family business conglomerate with interests into a variety of prominent, large workforce sectors. HR Director will report to the Board and will largely focus on strategic direction and HR policy, while managing the individual business HR teams.

The successful candidate will:
• Be well-versed in latest areas of human capital development and organizational psychology areas
• Be the strategic partner for all business leadership, driving high competency/skill coverage in each business
• Be a catalyst for change within the business, driving organizational and operational development programs
• Drive performance-based culture across businesses through effective PMS and compensations programs
• Oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, career development, and benefits
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline, with a strong focus on leadership development and succession planning
• Ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction and low levels of attrition across the group
• Advise on policies, procedures and project management
• Manage the performance of all supporting HR teams, as well as group-level and business-level administrative areas

Requirements

•You must have at least 15 years’ experience in HR and 7+ years leading HR teams and be comfortable reporting to the board
•You will be a confident, organized and determined HR professional with a track record of achievement in a complex, large workforce business
•You must be forward-thinking, constantly upgrading yourself on Human Capital areas and be able to drive change and performance
•You'll need exceptional negotiation skills and high degree of motivation to bring fresh ideas to the table to support the groups development and growth plans

Salary will be 40,000 AED plus standard benefits
