Requirements
Key requirements for the successful candidate include:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) preferred
* Minimum 15-20 years experience in HR with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Hands-on HR experience working in the West OR with western multinational companies in the region is a must.
* Proven track record of Leading and managing change
* Coaching and mentoring across various levels
* Strong knowledge of local/international HR trends
* Excellent communications skills
* Project Management
* Knowledge of Local Labour Law
