Job description / Role
- Should have experience to Set-up & manage the HR department by developing and implementing, company-wide HR Policies, strategies and procedures.
- Manage all recruiting needs, including developing and updating job descriptions/requirements, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Familiar with Dubai labor laws, labor contracts and personnel relations
- Responsible for administrative affairs Including company registration, visas, office space etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher
- 2-3 years living experience in Dubai, familiar with local labor laws, regulations and customs in Dubai
- 3-5 years HR experience in large enterprises
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferable
