Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading professional services organisation who is looking to hire a HR Specialist / Executive to join the business on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for one business unit within the organisation and overall headcount of up to 400 staff across 9 countries. You will be in charge of the employee relations, performance management, recruitment and manpower planning, policies and procedures and strategic planning. You will also have a small team of direct reports to work harmoniously with and be expected to business partner with them for all HR issues across the business.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a solid background in HR, preferably within professional services as well as be a well-rounded HR professional. You should have experience of leading a team and covering a regional role and be a strong communicator who approaches HR with ethical and forward thinking practices but can remain flexible to change at the same time. Occasional travel will be required for this role. It is essential you are fluent in English. Arabic or French speaking would be a distinct advantage.
