Job description / Role
Our client an investment firm is currently looking for a HR Executive (HR Policy and Procedure) to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Updates and facilitates writing of HR Policies and Procedures of the company
• Ensure department managers are following the process and HR policies and procedures
• Keeps trarck any change, update or amendment on the HR policies and procedures of the company
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
• Assist in providing payroll information by collecting time and attendance records when required
• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Assists in other HR functions as and when required
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree holder preferably with HR qualification or other related certification
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with focus on writing/maintaining HR policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge in UAE labour law
• Strong organizational skills coupled with good knowledge in using Microsoft and HR systems
• Strong command of English
