Description:
* Support the GM on managing the full HR spectrum
* Develop a strong relationship with key line managers within the business
* Manage all HR administration tasks within the business
* Design and implement a recruitment process
* Monitor and review HR data
* Review the companies policies and procedures and suggest changes where needed

Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years HR Management experience
* Experience of managing the full HR spectrum - Essential
* Experience working within an autonomous HR role -Essential
* Bachelor degree or CIPD qualified - Essential
* Excellent communication skills
