Job description / Role

Reporting to: Group HR Manager
Subordinates: NA
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM
Gross monthly base salary: upto AED 6000
Commission / Bonus: Annual
Other Benefits: Medical Insurance, Annual Airfare

Objectives:
• Work with HR Manager to effectively execute HR strategies and run day to day HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Work with HR manager on recruitment process, Screen Resumes and Coordinate for interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate smooth on-boarding of new joiners and ensure effective integration into the company.
• Conduct New Hire Induction/Orientation for New Joiners.
• Maintain and update all Employee Files, HR records as per the company process and HRMS requirements.
• Work with HR Manager on Employee Goal Sheet preparation and sign-off process.
• Facilitate Performance Management process by coordinating with all department heads for timely closure of Appraisal process.
• Assist in periodic Employee surveys and follow up action.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Postgraduate Degree/MBA - Human Resource
• Min. 4-5 years of Corporate Experience, International Exposure preferred
• Professional HR certification preferred
• Strong Communication & Inter-personal skills
