Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Coordinating with concerned HODs for maintaining periodic up to date organizational structures
• Assisting in job analysis, evaluation, and grading
• Applying New Trade and renewal of existing Trade/other licenses and approvals
• Maintaining required details on HRIS, and completion of all time and attendance related inputs
• Providing assistance and conduct technical training by company; other contractors
• Providing assistance to group HRAD in following up with HOD
• Assessing the requirement of Staff/Workmen accommodation, and employee complaints, compliances as per UAE Labour Laws

Requirements

• Open to Pakistan nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any equivalent field
• With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the similar role; 2 years of experience in a construction industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
