Position Title: HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A well established and leading Automotive company that has expanded over the years in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Job Description:
- Work with management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Manage other HR related work, ensuring they are carried out properly Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws

Requirements

- Female, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related courses
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
- Expertise in recruitment, onboarding process, employee management and learning/development of the employees
- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
- Good knowledge in overseeing overall HR matters
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
