Position Title: HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in the UAE

Job Description:
• Help develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Preparing annually / half yearly /Quarterly /monthly/weekly reports related to HR Operations
• Review and update various HR policies and processes like joining process, exit process, promotion, and leaves.
• Update process documents for HR
• Prepared Performance Evaluation of employees
• Schedule and arrange training programs while coordinating with department head.
• Coordinate with the department heads to gather talent requirements and define job positions.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Female, 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role in UAE
• Preferably with hospitality or F&B background
