Position Title: HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
A packaging company that provides end to end solutions in FMCG & pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, insurance and maintaining personnel records.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement to employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR needs, such as performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
• Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
• Stay updated on UAE labour laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and provide guidance to management and employees as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role in UAE
• Open to any industry, packaging / FMCG background is a plus
