Position Title: HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the UAE’s specialized F&B groups, based in Abu Dhabi, established by young entrepreneurs and steadily expanding across the region.

Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for F&B roles including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding staff and conduct orientation for new staff.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare and maintain company policies and SOPs, ensuring proper follow-up (new or updated) to benefit both the company and staff.

Qualifications:
- 35 years and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of HR UAE experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, HR best practices and candidate with experience from Alshaya Group is a plus.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
