Position Title: HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A hidden cocktail bar in a premium location within Dubai.

Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for F&B roles including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding staff.
- Conduct orientation for new staff.
- Prepare and maintain company policies and SOPs, ensuring proper follow-up (new or updated) to benefit both the company and staff.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company UAE policies and labor regulations.

- Open to Filipino & Sri Lankan nationals, Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years relevant experience in F&B industry
- With experience handling at least 300 employees
- Proficient and expert in excel

Salary:
AED 8,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
