• Assists in all functions of HR department as required
• Prepare and manage annual HR staff costs
• Prepare relevant reports for management in terms of staff costs including salaries and other benefits
• Conduct detailed analysis of employee costs, including recruitment cost per hire, training cost per employee and turnover rates to identify trends, patterns and areas for optimisation
• Utilise HR analytics and metrics to provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations for managing staff related costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role with a focus on analysis and reporting
• Good with Excel and other relevant programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
