Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading F&B company who is looking to hire an experienced HR Executive / Recruiter to join their head office based in Dubai.
You will report directly into the head of operations and be responsible for the recruitment on behalf of the restaurants / outlets based around the UAE. Duties of the role will also include relationship building with potential candidates, taking briefs from hiring managers, knowledge and previous application of the UAE labour law, following policies and procedures and maintain employee records.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have direct previous / current recruitment experience in the F&B sector and have a motivated, calm and professional attitude.
