Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global healthcare provider. Our client has an exciting, new opportunity for an HR Generalist to join their growing HR team.
You will be responsible for covering the MENA region and supporting a group of approximately 200 employees. You will travel to different areas in order to link in with local HR teams, putting in place new HR policies and procedures and assisting on high volume recruitment globally. You will also be required to create a new employee handbook and ensure best practice across the HR function, following audits and analysis of processes.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a solid 10 years’ experience within HR and at least 2 years’ experience of working within the UAE. You should be dedicated, hardworking, flexible and demonstrate strong emotional intelligence. Ideally you should have worked previously within a corporate environment. A Six Sigma qualification would be advantageous.
