Full monthly package AED16000 + Family Medical & Ticket
On behalf of our client, a multinational company providing leisure and entertainment services, we are looking to recruit a HR Generalist for their Dubai office. Reporting to HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment, induction & probation, employee relations and personnel administration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a generalist role with a multinational, dynamic company.
- Preferably experience in regional level covering GCC/Middle East
- A university degree preferably with HR qualification
- Bilingual with fluent skills in English and Arabic
- Good knowledge and experience from Labor Law
- Good knowledge of visa/work permit procedures
- Excellent proficiency with computers and cabablity to manage computerized payroll/HR system
