Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking on behalf of our client for a strong HR Generalist. Reporting to the HR Director, the person in this role is tasked with providing effective communication on recruitment, training and induction programs as well as implementing policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for all employee relations and retention, onboarding of new staff and managing the visa processes, performing annual and periodic staff appraisals and record management.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years UAE experience in a HR Management role, be fluent in English and preferably degree educated in HR or similar.
