HR Generalist

Job description / Role

Processing of daily employee requests which include the following:
• Any form of leave
• Resignations/Terminations
• Reporting Back to Work Documentation
• Salary Certificates/Employment Certificates/Confirmation Letters/Salary Transfer certificates/No Objection Certificates

• Adhoc Employee requests.
• Advice on Policies and Procedures.
• Advice on Performance management, disciplinary forms and investigations.

Communication and Traffic:
• Communicate to relevant departments all processed and approved employee requests/documents.
• Respond to all employees’ work-related queries as lead contact for employees HR Operational Support.
• Announcements and memo/policy circulation on behalf of the HR Department.

• Contribute to innovate new projects within Human Resources.
• Streamline and enhance processes, policies and procedures.
• Processing Medical Claims/Reimbursements when required by liaising with Finance and HR Team member.
• Exporting all the attendance in the TAS- System (for the last month attendance), then sending it on the 1st day of the month to all (Cinemas and Head office).
• Checking all the attendance sheets, Overtime forms and PH extra off for all.Preparing OT for the Head Office
• Preparing the Salary Sheets
• Providing/ sending all the approved requests to Finance with supporting documents for the salaries.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of extensive HR generalist experience, with manual and system payroll processing
• Well versed with UAE Labour Law
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a relevant discipline
• Arabic language will be an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong HR and support Orientation skills
