Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Under the supervision of the HR Coordinator, the successful candidate will perform the following main missions:
• Create, implement and maintain HR process
• To participle to the staff management
• To participate to the site management
• To participate to the skills management (job profile, mapping, workforce planning)
• To participate and develop training program to the training plan
• To develop On boarding/induction program for new joiners
• To participate to the annual evaluation campaign
• To organise the recruitment and follow up the internal mobility
• To manage the HRIS To perform other duties required
• To report to his hierarchy any malfunction or improvement in the performance of his / her tasks or HR service

Requirements

Required skills:
• Experienced in HR Development
• Experienced in HRIS Experienced in Microsoft Office – Excel advanced level required
• Reactivity and proactivity
• Autonomy Reliability Rigor
• Ability to change the task regarding the priorities
• Good communication
• Analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills to work in different task. • Profile Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent HR Confidentiality is mandatory
