This is a pure Generalist role, and we are seeking candidates with broad based HR experience within the UAE. Familiarity with all UAE hiring procedures and legalities as well as UAE Labour Law knowledge is essential and ideally candidates will have worked in a large international and multi-cultural environment previously. The HR Generalist will support the recruitment and HR demands of the organisation on a regional basis. They will be capable of working across various matrices, including employee relations, compensation & benefits, L&D as well as recruitment and global mobility.
Additionally, the candidates will be able to provide strategic HR overview for the organisation as it continues their strong growth across the region; developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action and preparing reports by collating, analyzing and summarizing information as well as completing special projects as and when allocated. Our client works across a wide range of countries with complex reporting structures and for this reason, they are seeking exceptional English language fluency to native standard.
Candidates should possess a HR related degree and /or CIPD and be capable of working unassisted and cope easily with high workloads; ultimately, someone who is dynamic and passionate about staff retention and developing the company as an employer of choice for candidates.
The team are very personable, and it is a warm and friendly environment, with strong stability factor.
NB: Working week is Monday to Friday.
